We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. if we forget a bottle, or something arrives that is incorrect, we always replace it or provide a refund when it's fair. We want you coming back and fully satisfied.
We understand that taste is subjective and if a flavor doesn't fit your palette, please allow it to steep an additional few days to a week.
We do not give refunds if the flavor is not your cup of tea, as flavor is subjective. You are likely to love these flavors though!
Damaged merchandise must be reported to Freeman vape juice immediately upon receipt of shipment. In order to expedite a damage claim with the shipping company, please document any shipping damage with detailed photographs showing the damaged shipping box, packing materials, and damaged products.
Exceptions to the above are made solely at the discretion of Freeman vape juice.
